We hire ESL teachers on behalf of our parent company: Keyword Education


Keyword is a well-known education corporation in the sector of English training for young learners in China. Founded in the UK in 2007, its headquarter is now based in Shenzhen, China. It's an organisation dedicates to ESL teaching, oversea study and other international education programmes.

We hire both experienced and non-experienced individuals to join our friendly and enthusiastic academic team. 


Depending on your background and relevant experience, basic salary may vary between 186,000 - 276,000 RMB (approx. £21k ~ 32k) per annum.

Minimum 86 Academic Hours (ACH*) per month.

* 1 ACH = 40 minutes clock time

Depending on your experience level, any extra teaching hour will be paid at a rate between 115 - 135 RMB / ACH.

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Native English speakers

  • A TEFL Certificate if degree is not English/Education related (Company in-house TEFL sponsorship available)

  • Energetic and enjoy working with children

  • Friendly, patient and responsible, with good communication skills

  • Willing to work and live in China for at least one year
